CONNECT PRO IO Terms of Service

By Purchasing Connect Pro Io,You Agree To The following:

1. Subscription and Billing

If you choose the Launch plan: A one time set up fee and monthly subscription fee of $99.00 USD plus applicable taxes will be charged immediately and will be automatically charged on a recurring basis. Your subscription will continue until canceled.

If you choose the Scale plan: A one time set up fee and monthly subscription fee of $129.00 USD plus applicable taxes will be charged immediately and will be automatically charged on a recurring basis. Your subscription will continue until canceled.

1.2 Price Changes

Connect Pro reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. You will be given no less than 30 days' written notice of any

price change via email to the address on file. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of a price change constitutes

acceptance of the new pricing.

2. Usage-Based Charges — Messaging, Email & AI

IMPORTANT — ADDITIONAL CHARGES BEYOND YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Your monthly subscription fee covers access to the Connect Pro platform only. Certain features — including SMS/MMS messaging,

outbound calls, email sending, and AI tools — are powered by third-party services and are billed separately based on your actual

usage. These charges are in addition to your subscription fee and will be billed to your payment method on file. Connect Pro is not responsible for unexpected usage charges resulting from automations, campaigns, or workflows you configure within your account. You are responsible for monitoring your usage and credit balance within your Connect Pro account.

2.1 SMS & Phone Calling Rates

- Outbound SMS: $0.0083 per segment

- Inbound SMS: $0.0083 per segment

- Outbound calls: $0.0147 per minute

- Inbound calls: $0.0089 per minute

- Phone number rental: $1.15 per number/month

2.2 Email Sending Rates

- Email sending: $0.675 per 1,000 emails

- Email validation/verification: $2.50 per 1,000 validations

2.3 AI Service Rates

- Conversation AI: $0.02 per message

- Review response AI: $0.08 per response

- Workflow AI (GPT-4o): $0.036 per execution

- Workflow AI (GPT-3.5/4o Mini): $0.018 per execution

- Content AI — text: $0.0945 per 1,000 words

- Content AI — image: $0.063 per image

Usage-based charges are processed through your account's billing system.

Connect Pro will not notify you of individual usage charges — it is your responsibility to monitor usage within your account dashboard and set spending limits where available.

3. A2P 10DLC Registration & Messaging Compliance

REQUIRED FOR BUSINESS TEXT MESSAGING IN THE UNITED STATES

The A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC registration is a federal requirement for businesses sending automated or bulk SMS messages in the United States. This registration is mandatory — without it, your text messages will not be delivered.

Connect Pro will submit your A2P registration on your behalf as part of the onboarding process. You are responsible for providing accurate business information for registration. Connect Pro is not responsible for registration delays or rejections caused by inaccurate

information provided by the client.

3.1 A2P Registration Fees

The following fees are charged by the carrier networks and passed through to your account. These are third-party fees that Connect Pro does not control or profit from:

- Brand registration (one-time): $4.00

- Campaign/use-case registration (one-time): $15.00 – $25.00 depending on campaign type

- Monthly campaign maintenance fee: $10.00/month per registered campaign

These fees will be charged to your account at the time of registration and on a recurring monthly basis for campaign maintenance. By signing up for Connect Pro and enabling SMS messaging, you authorize these charges.

3.2 Messaging Compliance

You agree to use Connect Pro's messaging features in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and carrier guidelines. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have obtained proper consent from contacts before sending marketing or automated messages.

Connect Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if messaging practices violate carrier guidelines or applicable law,

including but not limited to sending unsolicited messages, high spam complaint rates, or fraudulent use of messaging features.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your Connect Pro subscription at any time. To cancel:

- Log in to your Connect Pro account

- Navigate to Settings > Company Billing

- Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts

- Alternatively, email [email protected] with your account details

and cancellation request

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. You will retain access to your account through the end of your paid period.

4.2 Setup Fee Refunds

The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding work has commenced. Onboarding is considered to have commenced upon the scheduling or completion of your onboarding call, or upon any build work performed by the Connect Pro team, whichever occurs first. If you cancel before any onboarding work has commenced, the setup fee may be refunded in full at Connect Pro's sole discretion.

4.3 Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with Connect Pro after your first subscription payment, you may request a full refund of that payment within 7 days of the charge date.

Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with your account details and the reason for your request.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time is 5–10 business days.

We do not issue refunds for monthly subscription charges older than 7 days, or for usage-based charges (SMS, email, AI, A2P fees).

4.4 Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error with a charge to your account, you must contact Connect Pro within 7 days of the charge date at

[email protected]. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

We will not issue refunds for disputed charges reported more than 7 days after the charge date. It is your responsibility to monitor your account

billing statements regularly and ensure Connect Pro communications are not directed to your spam folder.

Connect Pro reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team. Accounts with open chargebacks may be

suspended pending resolution.

5. GoHighLevel Sub-Account Transfer Policy

TRANSFER POLICY — PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP

Connect Pro is built on the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. Our platform

includes proprietary systems, templates, automations, workflows,

funnels, websites, and configurations built specifically for our

clients.

TRANSFER IN: Connect Pro permits clients to transfer an existing GHL

sub-account from another agency into Connect Pro.

TRANSFER OUT: Connect Pro does NOT permit the transfer of a Connect

Pro sub-account to any other GHL agency or platform. This policy

exists to protect the proprietary systems, templates, automations,

and configurations we have built within your account, which remain

the intellectual property of Connect Pro.

If you cancel your Connect Pro subscription, you will retain access

to your account data and contacts through the end of your billing

period. However, proprietary Connect Pro templates, automations,

workflows, and configurations may be removed or deactivated upon

account cancellation at Connect Pro's sole discretion.

By signing up for Connect Pro, you acknowledge and accept this transfer policy. If your primary reason for signing up involves the eventual

transfer of your sub-account to another platform, Connect Pro may not be the right fit for your business.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Restrictions

6.1 Connect Pro Content

All content provided through Connect Pro — including but not limited to training materials, videos, email templates, automation workflows,

funnel templates, website designs, SOP documents, scripts, playbooks,

written materials, graphics, and any other proprietary resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of Connect Pro and its owners

(collectively, "Connect Pro Content").

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You are expressly prohibited from the following without prior written consent from Connect Pro:

🚫 YOU MAY NOT:

- Copy, reproduce, screenshot, download, or otherwise duplicate

Connect Pro Content for distribution

- Resell, license, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize any Connect

Pro Content or systems

- Repurpose or modify Connect Pro Content for use in your own

products, courses, or services

- Share Connect Pro templates, workflows, automations, or training

materials with third parties

- Use Connect Pro's name, brand, logo, or trademarks without express

written permission

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract Connect Pro's

proprietary systems or code

- Build a competing product or service using insights, materials, or

systems gained through your Connect Pro subscription

6.3 License Granted to You

Connect Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,

non-sublicensable license to access and use Connect Pro Content solely for the internal operation of your own car rental business during your

active subscription period. This license terminates immediately upon cancellation or termination of your subscription.

6.4 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload or create within your Connect Pro account ("Your Content"). By uploading

Your Content to Connect Pro, you grant Connect Pro a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide

the platform services to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Connect Pro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use Connect Pro:

- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or

international law or regulation

- To transmit unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or violate the

TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or other applicable messaging laws

- To engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity

- To collect or harvest personal data from other users without their

consent

- To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code

- To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the

platform

- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

or its related systems

Connect Pro reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any provision of this

Section or these Terms generally.

8. Third-Party Services & Platform Dependency

Connect Pro is built on GoHighLevel (GHL), a third-party SaaS platform.

Connect Pro also integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Twilio (SMS/calling), Mailgun (email), Stripe (payments), and

OpenAI (AI features).

Connect Pro is not responsible for any outages, disruptions, feature changes, pricing changes, or service terminations by GoHighLevel or any

other third-party service provider. In the event of a GHL platform outage, Connect Pro will communicate with clients and work to minimize

disruption, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Any charges imposed by third-party services — including carrier fees,

A2P registration fees, usage-based charges, and domain registration fees

— are passed through to your account at cost or at rates established by those third parties. Connect Pro's pricing for these services is subject

to change based on changes in third-party pricing.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE CONNECT PRO PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS

AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,

INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR

A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CONNECT PRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE PLATFORM WILL BE

UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (B) DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THE

PLATFORM IS FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) THE

RESULTS OF USING THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR

REQUIREMENTS.

CONNECT PRO DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC BUSINESS RESULTS,

REVENUE, OR OUTCOMES FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM. YOUR RESULTS DEPEND

ENTIRELY ON YOUR OWN EFFORTS, BUSINESS CONDITIONS, MARKET FACTORS, AND

OTHER VARIABLES OUTSIDE CONNECT PRO'S CONTROL.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CONNECT PRO, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR

AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,

OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS,

REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN

CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF CONNECT PRO HAS BEEN

ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

CONNECT PRO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE

TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU TO

CONNECT PRO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Connect Pro and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all

claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use

of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your messaging practices,

including any TCPA or CAN-SPAM violations; (e) any content you upload or transmit through the platform; or (f) any dispute between you and a

third party in connection with your use of the platform.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Connect Pro is registered, without regard to

conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to

binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American

Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Oakland

County, Michigan. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its

intellectual property rights.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

Connect Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

- Violation of any provision of these Terms

- Non-payment of subscription fees or usage charges

- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal use of the platform

- Messaging violations or carrier-imposed sanctions on your account

- Filing a chargeback without first contacting Connect Pro support

- Any conduct that, in Connect Pro's sole judgment, harms the

platform, other users, or Connect Pro's reputation

Upon termination, your license to use the platform and all Connect Pro

Content ceases immediately. Connect Pro is not liable for any loss of data, content, or business resulting from account termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

Connect Pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email to the

address on file and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of

any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date of the changes.

14. Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE WITH CONNECT PRO WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN

INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS

ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR ANY

OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE

THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR

REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING UNLESS ALL RELEVANT PARTIES SPECIFICALLY AGREE

IN WRITING.

If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision in Section 11 shall be void and any disputes shall

be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction in Oakland County,

Michigan.

15. Electronic Communications Consent

By registering for a Connect Pro account, you expressly consent to receive notices, announcements, billing statements, disclosures, and

other communications from Connect Pro electronically, including by email and SMS. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal

requirement that communications be in writing.

By providing your mobile phone number during signup, you consent to receive automated and manual text messages from Connect Pro regarding

your account, billing, platform updates, and support. You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP. Standard message

and data rates may apply. Opting out of transactional messages (such as billing notices) may affect your ability to use certain platform

features.

16. DMCA & Copyright Notices

Connect Pro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that any content

available through the Connect Pro platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice requesting removal. Your notice must comply

with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. Section 512,

and must include: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (b) identification of the

copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the platform; (d) your

contact information including name, address, phone, and email; (e) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the

copyright owner; and (f) a statement, made under penalty of perjury,

that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Send DMCA notices to: [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA

Notice." Connect Pro will review all valid notices and respond in accordance with applicable law. Counter-notices may be submitted to the

same address and must comply with DMCA requirements. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated at Connect Pro's sole discretion.

17. Force Majeure

Connect Pro shall not be responsible for any failure, delay, or interruption in platform services caused by events beyond its reasonable

control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters,

war, terrorism, pandemics, government orders or restrictions, power or internet outages, failures of third-party service providers (including

GoHighLevel, Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, or OpenAI), cyberattacks, or any other event outside of Connect Pro's reasonable control (each, a "Force

Majeure Event").

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Connect Pro will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal platform operations as quickly as

possible and will communicate with affected clients as appropriate.

Connect Pro shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from a Force Majeure Event, and such events do not entitle you

to a refund of subscription fees paid.

Signup Opt-In — Summary of Terms

This is the plain-language summary shown to clients at sign-up. The

full Terms of Service govern in all cases.

By clicking 'Start My Connect Pro Subscription' you agree to the following:

1. Subscription & Setup Fee

You will be charged a one-time setup fee at sign-up (Launch: $699 ·

Scale: $1,200). This fee covers your done-for-you platform build and

is non-refundable once onboarding has begun.

Your monthly subscription (Launch: $99/mo · Scale: $129/mo) will be

automatically charged on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can

cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing

[email protected].

2. Usage-Based Charges — SMS, Email & AI

Your subscription fee does NOT cover messaging, email sending, or AI

usage. These services are billed separately based on how much you use

them.

SMS messages, outbound/inbound calls, email sends, and AI features

all have per-use rates charged to your account. You are responsible

for monitoring your usage.

SMS: $0.0083/segment · Calls: $0.0147/min outbound · Email:

$0.675/1,000 · AI: from $0.02/message

Connect Pro will not notify you of individual usage charges. Monitor

your account dashboard regularly.

3. A2P 10DLC Registration (Required for Business Texting)

To send business text messages in the United States, federal

regulations require A2P 10DLC registration. This registration is

mandatory and is handled by Connect Pro on your behalf during

onboarding.

A2P fees (charged by carriers, not Connect Pro): Brand registration:

$4.00 (one-time) · Campaign registration: $15–$25 (one-time) ·

Monthly campaign fee: ~$10/month

These fees will be charged to your account automatically. By enabling

SMS messaging, you authorize these charges.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings >

Company Billing or by emailing [email protected].

Refund window: If unsatisfied after your first subscription payment,

you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge date. After

7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable.

The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding has

commenced. Usage-based charges (SMS, email, AI, A2P) are

non-refundable.

Billing disputes must be reported within 7 days of the charge. We do

not issue refunds for charges reported after 7 days.

5. No Copy, Resell, or Repurposing of Connect Pro Content

All Connect Pro templates, workflows, automations, training

materials, scripts, email sequences, website designs, and other

resources are proprietary intellectual property of Connect Pro.

You may NOT copy, screenshot, share, resell, sublicense, repurpose,

or use any Connect Pro Content outside of your own car rental

business operations.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination

and legal action.

6. GHL Sub-Account Transfer Policy

You may transfer an existing GHL sub-account from another agency INTO

Connect Pro.

You may NOT transfer your Connect Pro sub-account OUT to another GHL

agency or platform. Connect Pro's proprietary systems, templates, and

automations within your account remain the intellectual property of

Connect Pro and are not transferable.

Upon cancellation, your account data and contacts remain yours.

Proprietary Connect Pro configurations may be deactivated.

7. Recurring Payment Authorization

By clicking 'Start My Connect Pro Subscription', you authorize

Connect Pro to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly

basis for your subscription fee, as well as for any usage-based

charges, A2P fees, and other charges described in these terms.

You authorize these charges to continue until you cancel your

subscription in accordance with the cancellation process above.
